Quality & Compliance

We don't ask you to trust us. We give you the evidence to verify us — on every lot, in every shipment.

Our Quality Discipline

Four layers of assurance behind every ingredient

Quality isn't a certificate on a wall. It's a set of decisions made at every step — from who we work with, to what we test, to what travels with your shipment.

01

Qualified manufacturing partners

We work only with vetted manufacturing partners running documented quality systems. Each partner is qualified through rigorous document review, and core ingredients are subject to on-site or independent audits.

02

Locked specifications

Every ingredient has an agreed specification sheet — identity, assay, purity, heavy metals, microbiology, mesh or form. Material that doesn't meet spec never leaves the plant.

03

Independent verification

A lot-specific COA comes as standard. For critical applications we arrange independent third-party laboratory testing before shipment — and we are always happy to work against your own lab's results.

04

Documented delivery

Every shipment travels with its complete documentation package and traceability records, prepared to clear customs and QA review in the US, EU and other regulated markets.

Supply chain
Supply Continuity

Your production line shouldn't depend on one factory's calendar

Supply disruption is rarely about quality — it's about single points of failure. We plan around it deliberately, so the material you depend on keeps arriving.

  • Redundant qualified sources for critical, high-run-rate ingredients
  • Advance notice of allocation pressure, price movement and lead-time shifts
  • Inventory and scheduling coordination for recurring programs
  • Consolidated shipments that cut freight cost and customs complexity
